AutoLocker® FX

Rack-mounted automated lockers system
The AutoLocker® FX is the first and only automated locker system on the market designed to be completely modular in every way. This platform lets you build a custom configured locker system for the unique needs of your company.
Power charging
The AutoLocker® FX provides optional 110v power outlets so that battery operated tools and equipment can be charged while in the locker. The system manages the charge time, dispensing the item with the longest charge. E-Tools (laptops and iPads) can also be charged while managing virus definitions and operating system updates.
Intelligent and easy to use
See-through windows with bright LED lighting allow the user to quickly identify the items they want and then issue it through an intuitive touch-screen user interface. Multistate LED status lights quickly identify which items are out on the floor as well as the status of the items that are inside the lockers.
Modular design
You pick the frame size, controller box, locker size, power (optional) and network switch (optional). Locker modules are available in 12 different sizes and come in 6” high increments with a standard 24” depth and a wide variety of widths that can be mixed and matched to provide a customised solution.
Rack-mounted
The rack-mounted approach allows you to purchase only what you need and configure it to meet your specifications. No need to buy excess lockers and use up valuable floor space.

The AutoCab® is a flexible high-volume asset management system with a compact footprint. The flexibility, high density and wide versatility of this asset management system will allow you to achieve a new level of control over your inventory. Instead of having to store items away from employees, they can be directly on hand at point of use, significantly reducing collection time and increasing productivity.

AutoCab® establishes a level of accountability among your employees when dispensing assets like tools, batteries, MRO, PPE or other indirect material and industrial supplies.

6-Zone inventory management
It has 6 flexible zones that give you compartment-level control with re-configurable shelves or optional sliding doors. It works great with expendable inventory like carbide inserts, batteries and general MRO items, as well as more durable objects such as air tools, cordless drills, and toolbox kits.

Weight-sensory technology
The internal scales allow you to track small and large items without the need to count or repackage. Inventory will automatically adjust once the transaction is completed. This scaling system helps reduce stocking time by automatically counting how many items are in the bin dependent on weight.
